1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message after placing your order.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 within India.

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be charged, which will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract an additional service charge (if applicable).

3. Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days

Other Cities: 5 – 7 business days

Remote Areas / Villages: 7 – 10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service, and unforeseen factors like strikes or weather conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification with the tracking ID.

You can track your shipment directly on our courier partner’s website or from the link provided in the notification.

6. Delivery Issues

If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the product will be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
